I was not disappointed! My trainer, Elhusseiny Wageh, was extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition but also super easy going and fun to be around! We worked out hard but also had lots of laughs along the way. And best of all, by the end of our sessions together, I could see real results in my body!
