Weekly Workout Plans



Each week of the Die Hard 8 Week Intense Fat Loss Program, you’ll be presented with a new workout plan. Each plan consists of three core workouts, one recovery workout, and two additional conditioning sessions that you can tailor to your own fitness goals. You should aim to complete all three core workouts each week and mix in the conditioning sessions as you see fit.

Core Workouts:



  • Monday: Cardio + Strength Interval Training

  • Tuesday: Core and Lower Body Strength Training

  • Wednesday: Upper Body Strength Training

  • Thursday: Recovery Workout



Additional Conditioning Sessions:

Meal Plans
