What Is Dubai Fitness Challenge?
The Dubai Fitness Challenge was an initiative taken up by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum back in 2017. The month-long festival is dedicated to:

- wellbeing
The fitness festival was established with a vision to make Dubai one of the most active cities in the world.
Exciting fitness activities and entertainment will inspire Dubai residents to find the exercise of their choice. Participants of all ages and abilities will be able to do nearly 30 minutes of heart-pumping activity every day for 30 days.

- Dubai Ride
Dubai Run:
Hey Runners! One of the famous activities for a sports enthusiast is Dubai Run. You might wish to run on the expressway of Sheikh Zayed. It is the ultimate time to run and beat other runners. Runners of all ages and abilities will be allowed to run along the Sheikh Zayed expressway on Friday, 26 November.
The route will commence next to the Emirates Towers Metro Station with a:
- 5km track for families
- 10km track for professional athletes
The finishing line will be located at Al Mustaqbal Street near the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Dubai Ride:
Another popular activity launched by DP world is Dubai Ride. Whether you are a professional or amateur rider, you can encounter the best roads of Dubai. Typically, the route contains five locations around Sheikh Zayed Road and Financial Center Road.
You can witness the breathtaking sight of the ride at a 4 km course with your family. Surprisingly, the race is free of cost for all, but be sure to register all your family members.

DFC Fitness Villages

1. The Mai Dubai Fitness Village
The Mai Fitness Village at the location of Musharraf Park consists of the six zones for:
- Special workout space for women
- Obstacle course for kids
- Multipurpose gym area

2. The DP World Fitness Village
The fitness village at Kite Beach will be arranging various fitness events and beach workouts spread over 15 dedicated zones,

The ongoing Expo 2020 Dubai site will also feature a fitness village. The fitness arena adjacent to the Mobility District gate will accommodate a football pitch, a global fitness Stage, cricket nets, a gym, a multisport area, and more.

DFC’s free Fitness Hubs will be located across numerous residential and commercial neighborhoods in the city, offering you the chance to get moving with the help of certified fitness instructors.

Dubai Padel Cup
The Dubai Padel Cup will be hosted for the first time by the DFC. It involves exhibition matches at several locations in Dubai for three days. It is said to exemplify some of the world’s top-ranked professionals, as well as a championship for amateur players.
