The DIFC Fitness First gym is located in one of the most prestigious areas in Dubai. It is 19,000 square ft, featuring 120 exercise machines, large free weight area, a studio for indoor cycling classes and personal training by Personal Trainers. Additionally, it offers free group excercises such as BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, RPM, and Yoga.

Fitness First offers a range of memberships to help accommodate the client’s needs so you can purchase a membership from as little as 1 day and to as long as 1 week. If their membership plans do not suit your needs, they give you the option to call in and discuss a plan that works best for you.

Customer Opinions

Many customers like this gym because of its cleanliness and hygiene. It also greatly facilitates weight/strength training and cardio workouts. It has hours during the day that are empty which is great as most other gyms can become rather congested. Moreover, it has a sauna and steam room which leaves customers feeling relaxed and at ease after intense workouts. However, some complain about the size of the overall parameter – the gym is not as large as many other Fitness First Branches.

DIFC Fitness First provides a good mix of equipment, classes and excellent Personal Trainers to aid you in reaching your fitness goals. It is praised for its clean environment and prime location, all of which help keep members motivated. We recommend this gym to those who prefer to train in a relaxed environment, without the gym becoming congested during peak hours. This gym is also great for those who have a gym partner(s), as they offer a range of free group exercises. However, we do not recommend this gym if you are looking for a ladies-only area as this gym only offers a mixed service. If you are globe-trotter and travel often, we further recommend Fitness First as a valuable option as you’ll be able to train in any city, any country, any branch.
