With Fitness First it’s a join one, join them all philosophy. When you join one, you have access to all of their branches in the Middle East and partnered clubs in internationally. Fitness First Dubai Festival City is one of the pioneer clubs of them all in the Middle East. It is 27,000 square ft which has Cardio Equipment, Strength Machines, Synergy 360 and Free weights area. Additionally, it houses Group Exercise, Spinning and Mind & Body Studio. They have newly refurbished bathrooms as well as 6000 parking spaces that are completely free.

Fitness First offers a range of memberships to help accommodate the client’s needs so you can purchase a membership from as little as 1 day and to as long as 1 week. If their membership plans do not suit your needs, they give you the option to call in and discuss a plan that works best for you.

Customer Opinions

A lot of customers claim that Fitness First Festival City is a great gym with “fantastic facilities” and helpful staff. Overall, people find it to be a great health club, with most recommending it. The free parking spaces are also a huge help to most customers. However, it has been noted that it can become typically overcrowded. There have also been problems with the AC inside the gym; it is sometimes regulated to 30 degrees, leaving customers to feel hot and flustered.

 The Bottom Line

This gym is filled with great facilities, without having to worry about where to park your car. But, if you prefer an empty gym without having to come into contact with a large community, then this won’t be the gym for you. The gym houses over 80 Cardio Equipment, 40 Strength machines, Synergy 360 and Free weights area, so if you want to build your cardiovascular fitness and/or muscular endurance then this would be an excellent choice. We do not recommend this gym if you are looking for a ladies-only area as this gym only offers a mixed service.
