HOW DOES THE TRAINING GO?
Guests arrive at Easy Fit EMS training by appointment. The training lasts 20 minutes in total, out of which 20 minutes consists of continuous muscle work that is completed with static and dynamic exercises. The first training, the so-called “TRIAL SESSION ” is designed to check the guest’s physical condition, load bearing capacity and to get information on previous sports activities and any joint or other health problems to which attention should be paid throughout all further training sessions.
Guests put on a clean, hygienic cotton suit for the training; the electrode vest, arm, leg and bottom electrodes go onto it. dressing only takes 1-2 minutes and personal trainers place the electrode clothing in such a way that it fits closely to the body everywhere.
Training starts with learning the basic position that must be always taken by the guest during the time of impulses. the muscle contractor lasts for 4 seconds, which is followed by a resting period of the same length. guests start to feel the pace after one or two tracts and they get used to and start to love the initial unusual experience of muscle contraction soon.
Training exercises are put together for the guests individually; the personal trainer continuously shows the movements in advance and corrects them. After the training we offer high biological value, tasty protein shakes to our guests and we agree on the next appointment that can only take place after a resting period of three days – four days.
As a down-to-earth personal trainer, I prioritize making fitness fun and enjoyable for my clients. I specialize in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or a total body transformation. I train clients in residential gyms, at their homes, outdoors, and at the Train SF Al Quoz gym facility. In addition to my personal training services, I also offer nutrition consultation to help clients reach their goals. My sessions are always strategically planned with the client’s needs in mind, and I make sure to thoroughly explain each exercise and its benefits. I have participated in the Fighting Fit 2018 competition and hold Level 3 personal trainer and Level 2 gym instructor certifications, as well as a certification in the science of nutrition and healthy eating. My training style combines resistance, circuit, HIIT, and boxing techniques. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in various sports such as football and skiing.
Meet Tushi, a personal trainer and mother of two with a background in customer service management. With a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals, Tushi offers personalized training programs and special services for pre and postnatal clients, injured clients, and clients with thyroid issues. She specializes in body weight training, including kickboxing, functional training, and circuit training, and is committed to helping her clients achieve results and boost their confidence. Tushi is a people’s person, result-driven, and focused on her clients’ needs, and brings positive energy to every training session. With a background in customer service and a personal achievement of reaching her own weight loss goals, Tushi is dedicated to helping her clients succeed.
Meet Anja, a Serbian personal trainer with 6 years of experience and a Level 3 personal trainer degree. With a background in professional swimming and a range of certifications, including nutrition coaching and strength and mobility coaching, Anja is highly educated and experienced in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and is always there for them 110% throughout their fitness journey. Anja’s training style includes resistance training, bodybuilding, endurance training, swimming sessions, conditioning, and boxing, and she is able to provide a range of specialized services to her clients, including swimming coaching and boxing instruction.
Anja is highly motivated and brings a lot of experience, knowledge, and positivity to her work. She is focused on each client and their unique goals, and is committed to helping them enjoy the process of changing their lifestyle. Some of her past achievements include helping clients lose or gain significant amounts of weight and body fat, as well as toning and building muscle. Anja mostly trains her clients at their homes or preferred gyms, and also has access to Binous gym and Fitness terminal (ladies only) for her clients’ convenience.
Meet Caroline Silva, your MasterBody Coach with 5 years of experience. Caroline has been working with her activational program, a mix of mindfulness, body control, and tonus, for five years. Her sessions vary in length from 45 minutes to one hour and utilize bodyweight exercises, TRX equipment, and animal flow and Brazilian style techniques.
Caroline is able to train both male and female clients in their preferred facility, and offers additional services through her Brazilian nutritionist, who provides nutritional plans, meal plans, and follow-up support via Zoom or WhatsApp. Caroline is able to provide clients with an internal and external transformation, including increased stamina, energy, happiness, and a toned and shaped body.
Caroline has a background in half-marathons, Crossfit, and weight lifting, and is a certified TRX coach, Strong Nation by Zumba coach, and Spinning (bike indoor) instructor. Her training style includes bodyweight and functional training, with a focus on HITT training, strength training with bodyweight and TRX, and cardio training with running and/or bike. She uses TRX equipment in her training sessions. Caroline has a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification from REPS and specializes knowledge in TRX, Strong Nation, and Spinning.
Chiara Seidenader is a passionate Italian private coach who has taught clients all over the world. Through online training, group classes, and 1-on-1 private training, Chiara has helped athletes reach the next level while also improving the lives of less trained individuals, including those with injuries or health conditions. Chiara’s approach varies according to the client’s goals, but is always accompanied by a positive attitude. She believes that training is not just about getting a six-pack, but also about finding a healthy balance to support stress relief and increase daily energy levels.
Chiara trains clients only at their private gyms or homes, and offers nutrition consultation and access to her own equipment if needed. She brings training, improvement, knowledge, self-awareness, positive energy, life balance, stress relief, and healthier nutrition to her clients. Chiara’s added value is her positivity, energy, and tailored program for each individual, as she understands that everyone has different habits, schedules, goals, necessities, and bodies.
Chiara has her own gym in Italy, where she has obtained a variety of certificates in different types of sports, including CrossFit, Yoga, Functional Training, Kettlebell, and Tad013. She has also worked as an official Ambassador for the Dubai Fitness Challenge for the past three years. Chiara’s training style includes functional training, free weights, HIIT, and mobility. She is certified as a FIPE Personal Trainer, Hatha Yoga instructor, Tad013 instructor, and CrossFit trainer.
