What is EMS Training?

With a background in professional swimming and a range of certifications, including nutrition coaching and strength and mobility coaching, Anja is highly educated and experienced in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and is always there for them 110% throughout their fitness journey. Anja’s training style includes resistance training, bodybuilding, endurance training, swimming sessions, conditioning, and boxing, and she is able to provide a range of specialized services to her clients, including swimming coaching and boxing instruction.
Anja is highly motivated and brings a lot of experience, knowledge, and positivity to her work. She is focused on each client and their unique goals, and is committed to helping them enjoy the process of changing their lifestyle. Some of her past achievements include helping clients lose or gain significant amounts of weight and body fat, as well as toning and building muscle.
