The athletic club concept will include top of the range fitness equipment and specialist programs for all fitness levels and abilities.

The club covers an area of 2621 SQM inside and out, includes an open style fitness area with treadmills, powerless treadmills, cross trainers and other powerless equipment and an XFit Rig, Qube Functional Wall, newly designed programs such as Pilates Reformers, CHARGE, Rips Ropes and Straps, their signature program 6D, Yoga studio, WATT Bike studio as well as the Pilates Reformer Studio.

The club has an outdoor training Rig and area, a 25 M swimming pool and patio area, and a fully functional “Outdoor SPORTS ZONE” with Football, Basketball, Cricket, and Volleyball for both adults and kids.

Mudon is totally unique offering a club and program timetable that has something for everyone, from the beginner to the serious sportsman or athlete, and to include offerings for kids such as swimming lessons, PARKOUR, muti sports, camps, and much more!
