I have been working for five years with my activational program: a mix of mindfulness, body control, and tonus. The sessions vary between 45 minutes to one hour. I use Bodyweight exercises, TRX types of equipment, and some expertise with the animal flow and Brazilian style.

In which facilities do I train?

I work in the clients facility. Wherever is more suitable for them.

I can train both male and female.

I have a Brazilian nutritionist working with me that can provide Nutritional Plan, Meal Plan and Follow Up via zoom or WhatsApp.

I have been in Half – Marathons back in Brazil, Crossfit, and weight lifting for the past ten years.

Nowadays, I am a certified TRX coach, Strong Nation by Zumba coach, and Spinning (bike indoor) Instructor.

I am an energetic and consistent Personal/Group Trainer currently holding more than 6 years of experience in my field. I have helped a lot of Women of all age groups by integrating Functional training in their day to day activities. 

I have been conducting Online Training (Personal and Group and Zumba Classes) from Dubai. I used to take classes in Fitness 360, Dubai and also worked in a private Gyms in Dubai and also been a part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge

Apart from Weight-Loss and desired results, I help my clients build up stamina, increase strength, inculcate positivity, posture improvements that makes it easier for them to continue with their day to day activities and achieve their desired fitness levels.

Since I have an experience of group fitness instructor, I am ready to provide group sessions of Pilates, Zumba and Bollyfit as well if required.

I helped a client reduce cellulite fats and increase her lower body strength because of which she could actually pursue her goal of going to Mount Everest.

Women above the 50 years have shown wonderful results from my routines and workout methods. Encouraging My clients to make lifestyle changes rather than having an exercise routine thus providing long term benefits of training.
