Your booking will be confirmed with a booking reference number, an email confirmation and your bookings will also appear on the My Account page. You can then commence your service and check-in with the QR code anytime
If you cannot make the appointment or booking please notify the vendor as early as possible. Most vendors on the marketplace require 24hrs notice in advance. In case you have, contact the vendor and request an extension or change of date. If you need assistance, please contact the customer support.
We provide a refund policy prior to the booking, so long as the first session has not been conducted. If the first session hasn’t been conducted and you cancel with 24hrs notice in advance then a refund can be issued. The funds are credited to your account to use for future bookings, if you would like a refund to the original card then a 5% fee will be charged on the total amount.
If you have taken the insurance with your booking then this will be refunded by the Insurance company. Please contact customer support to start the process.
Insurance is an optional feature with any booking. On checkout, you will be offered the opportunity to opt for insurance which will issue you a complete refund for unforeseen circumstances. The insurance will be 10% off your booking fee.
