    I have been using ECP therapy for a month now. One-hour session 3 times a week usually after my workout. I have noticed that I feel less tired and fatigued after my workout, I wake up fresh the next day and I feel energetic even after my workout and I am able to lift more weights without feeling drained. I have also noticed that now I can do cardio for a longer time. If you are very physically active then I would recommend and ECP session at least once a week.

    I have taken 5 sessions of ECP Therapy in past 2 weeks . I feel more relaxed and energized after every session . I have noticed that I am more active even after work .
