“Meet Franck a passionate and vigorous Boxing trainer and Level 3 personal Trainer”.
I am an amateur boxer and I currently host boxing group classes in both Real boxing only and Tiger Kickboxing.
I specialize in Personal training, Boxing, weight loss & strength, and conditioning.
As I am still an active athlete I can advise with nutrition in order to fully optimize your fitness level.
In which facilities do I train?
I can train in residential gyms and other commercial gyms, both male and female.
I currently do Box/Fit classes at Real Boxing Only every Tuesday & Sunday and I have boxing classes 3 times a week at Tiger Kickboxing.

In my transformation experience as well as when I am preparing myself for a competition I understand what it takes to be committed. As a trainer, my aim is to transfer that energy to my clients to help them reach their goals.
I have been an active athlete my whole life as from being a former semi-professional football player to a current amateur boxer.
