I always keep an open mind to learn new things about life, my career, and to develop myself in every possible aspect. 
My goal here is to guide my clients through their path (my knowledge & their effort) to increase their awareness and their strength (physically, emotionally, and mentally) and improve their lifestyle so they can maintain a healthy body and life.

Dealing most of my life with obesity and struggling to lose fat made me more compassionate and understanding of my client’s feelings regarding their bodies and goals and taught me of many ways to encourage them and teach them how to self-motivate themselves.
I am a person who admires people that can commit to their goals.

I work mobile.. Residential gyms, outdoor, parks, and in-house.
