As a down-to-earth personal trainer, I prioritize making fitness fun and enjoyable for my clients. I specialize in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, or a total body transformation. I train clients in residential gyms, at their homes, outdoors, and at the Train SF Al Quoz gym facility. In addition to my personal training services, I also offer nutrition consultation to help clients reach their goals. My sessions are always strategically planned with the client’s needs in mind, and I make sure to thoroughly explain each exercise and its benefits. I have participated in the Fighting Fit 2018 competition and hold Level 3 personal trainer and Level 2 gym instructor certifications, as well as a certification in the science of nutrition and healthy eating. My training style combines resistance, circuit, HIIT, and boxing techniques. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in various sports such as football and skiing.
