“Meet Lamis Farhat, a Lebanese Certified personal trainer based in Dubai, in fitness since 2015, and got her trainer certificate in 2018”
In 2015 I was over 85 kgs and decided that I need to change. To be honest it was hard to change my eating habits and to be able to commit to working out. With time I became addicted to staying healthy as well as a gym addict. I knew if I can do it then others can and wanted to help people to achieve a healthy lifestyle with my own personal experience and learnings.
I went on and got REP certified and began my journey as a trainer. Fitness has now become a part of me and my goal is to help clients achieve theirs.
I am specialized in Customized Personal Training, Weight Training, and Weight Management.
In which facilities do I train?
I can train in residential gyms and other commercial gyms, both male and female.
What can I bring to clients?
As a professional personal trainer, my method is not limited to determining calorie intake and appropriate training, but it extends to understanding the psychological state of my client. It is very important to me to understand how my clients are feeling in their journey of weight loss or gain in order to help them transform any demotivation into strength and will to achieve more. I aspire to not only train my clients’ muscles and body but to also train their mindset and thus ultimately helping them reach their goal.
What is my added value?
Being a person who has had their own transformation journey, I understand the obstacles that my clients might be facing and thus I work on eliminating them so that my clients’ journey can be as smooth as possible. In my transformation experience, I understood what it takes to be committed and so I can project this effort, dedication, and commitment onto my clients’ journey to help them achieve their own transformation
