I am a Lifestyle and Wellness Coach. I specialize in Personal Training, Fat Loss, Sports Massage, Pre and Post Natal, and Sports Rehab. I am also a qualified Precision Nutrition 1 Coach. I assist clients physically and holistically to ‘Get Fit for Life’.
I believe that achieving long-term personal health and fitness goals doesn’t just happen in the gym/with exercise; it encompasses everything outside of it too.
The most important thing in life is always to be yourself. Never change for anyone. What you do and how you look may not suit everyone but to others, you are their perfect match. Never give up and always strive to reach your goals, and beyond.

What are my past achievements?
I have a marketing degree and worked in advertising for 10 years. I played Lacrosse for the North of England and my county. Finally, all my Personal Training qualifications achieved over the years.
