In which facilities do I train?

At Binous1 (B1) gym in Al Quoz, where I find all the necessary high end equipment to optimise my trainings.

I also train my clients at their residential gyms around Downtown and Al Quoz.

My special access to gyms to train my client?

I can provide you up to 50% discount on memberships if you are interested in training at Binous1 (B1) gym.

What is my added value?

I am a rigorous person that invest a lot in pedagogy. My clients find in my personality someone that lead them towards their goals.

What can I bring to clients?

I can bring a professional follow-up and a diet plan. Also a daily support in terms of lifestyle and motivation. Psychological support and a daily motivation is part of my proposal. 

What are my past achievements?

I’ve transformed many clients from scratch and helped them feeling better. If you follow me on my social media, I am sure that you will recognise famous TV comedians that has been changed thanks to my unique programs.

Also, I am a former world Muy-Thai champion and former France Boxe-Thai champion. I have made top 5 in a French body building competition in 2019.

TRAINING STYLE

Assessment –> Goal determination –> Adapted sessions to the objectives and deadline.

I start with a 5 to 15 minutes warm-up, then we begin the actual training and we finish with 10 minutes of stretching and recovery time where we discuss the sessions and our improvement window for the next classes.

French BMF diploma (Federal Instructor Degree)
