Since 2012, Arslan has been involved in the fitness industry, starting as a fitness enthusiast and eventually becoming a highly qualified health and fitness professional. He completed his Masters program (MBA) in 2016, but has always been motivated by the people around him seeking genuine and evidence-based advice for their health and fitness. This led Arslan to obtain a gold standard certificate in personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine and is also qualified and certified UAE personal trainer. Initially, he focused on weight training, cardiovascular training, and mobility and flexibility to help clients transform into a healthier lifestyle. With ongoing continued education and work experience, Arslan has expanded his expertise to include lifestyle management, fat loss, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and blood flow restriction training and therapy. He is dedicated to delivering the best of himself to the community in the UAE.
