My love for fitness began when i was only 15 years old and has kept growing since. I started off with calisthenics and weightlifting, but then expanded my knowledge in the fitness world and got certified as a trainer. Now i am able to motivate and help my clients reach their own goals through personal training. My programs include weight loss, calisthenics, bodybuilding, and toning.
I believe working out does not only have to be tiring and hard all the time so i have designed my workout programs to be not only effective, but fun for you guys to enjoy working out and at the same time get the results you have always wanted.
