I have been actively involved in health and fitness since 2008, working with many professional athletes and national teams as a Sport Coach and Physiotherapist. In 2013 I was a part of Team Novak Djokovic, while he was having his biggest career achievements as a professional tennis player. I strongly believe that inactivity is the main cause of poor health. Exercising on a daily basis can prevent our bodies from injuries and diseases later in life. It can truly make us happy. In my opinion, the most important is to find out what motivates my client. My job is then to keep them motivated on our journey.
