Trainer Introduction (Bio)

Two decades working in fitness and sports industry has thought me a lot of skills and knowledge which helped me in improving not only for myself but also in handling different types of people using different approach in teaching or training an individual which is very important specially when a person entrusts you with their health.
I offer Personal training sessions in according to different client’s personal fitness goal. I specialize in body toning, lose weight training programs, Boxing, Muaythai/Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts training(MMA), and general fitness. All of these skills and specializations started from my elementary and highschool years of doing different sports until I became a member of the Muaythai/Kickboxing national team where we regularly participate national and international competitions then soon was recommended to become a national coach for the country(Phillipines).
The nature of my training is to keep my clients motivated, happy, and excited looking forward to learn something new and improve themselves each training workout that i prepared for them to work on each time. With the sense of feeling secured that they are working with a certified well trained and a well experienced professional in the field; guiding, motivating, and assisting them all the time to achieve their goal. I handle my clients carefully specially those who have health or physical issues, and i can also be intense to those who needs extra motivation and pushing towards accomplishing their goal.
The training programs are designed to improve endurance, reflex, motor skills, and strength. The different levels of training, from easy workouts, going up to the most difficult, and from basic moves, to advance techniques, keeps the client motivated looking forward each day to reach that highest level while slowly and surely reaching their goal. And before the end of a workout, we do the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation or the assisted stretching which gradually improves their flexibility and make feel lose and relaxed after an intense workout.
In addition, I also give basic nutritional advice to my clients to serve as a guide to their daily food intake which plays a big role to most people with health and fitness problem. Using the right approach to each individual problem, gives better result.
