As a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness and sports industry, I have developed a wealth of skills and knowledge that have helped me improve not only myself, but also my ability to handle different types of people using a variety of teaching and training approaches. I understand the importance of a person entrusting me with their health and am committed to helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals through personalized training sessions.

I specialize in body toning, weight loss training programs, boxing, Muay Thai/kickboxing, mixed martial arts training (MMA), and general fitness. My skills and specializations were developed through my years of participating in various sports, including becoming a member of the Muay Thai/kickboxing national team and representing my country in national and international competitions. I was even recommended to become a national coach for the Philippines.

In my training sessions, I aim to keep my clients motivated, happy, and excited to learn and improve. I understand the importance of my clients feeling secure in their training and am a certified, well-trained and experienced professional in the field. I take great care with clients who have health or physical issues, and am able to provide extra motivation and push for those who need it to achieve their goals.

My training programs are designed to improve endurance, reflexes, motor skills, and strength. With a range of workouts from easy to difficult, and basic to advanced techniques, I keep my clients motivated and working towards reaching their highest potential while steadily achieving their goals. I also incorporate assisted stretching, known as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, at the end of each workout to gradually improve flexibility and help clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated after an intense session.

In addition to my training services, I also offer basic nutritional advice to help guide my clients in their daily food intake, which plays a crucial role in overall health and fitness. I believe in using the right approach for each individual client in order to achieve the best results. Fitness is not just about reaching a goal; it’s a lifestyle.
