I am an energetic and consistent Personal/Group Trainer currently holding more than 6 years of experience in my field. I have helped a lot of Women of all age groups by integrating Functional training in their day to day activities. 

I have been conducting Online Training (Personal and Group and Zumba Classes) from Dubai. I used to take classes in Fitness 360, Dubai and also worked in a private Gyms in Dubai and also been a part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge

What can I bring to clients?

Apart from Weight-Loss and desired results, I help my clients build up stamina, increase strength, inculcate positivity, posture improvements that makes it easier for them to continue with their day to day activities and achieve their desired fitness levels.

What is my added value?

Since I have an experience of group fitness instructor, I am ready to provide group sessions of Pilates, Zumba and Bollyfit as well if required.

What are my past achievements?

I helped a client reduce cellulite fats and increase her lower body strength because of which she could actually pursue her goal of going to Mount Everest.

Women above the 50 years have shown wonderful results from my routines and workout methods. Encouraging My clients to make lifestyle changes rather than having an exercise routine thus providing long term benefits of training. 

TRAINING STYLE

I combine strength training along with functional training. I include Pilates and Yoga as well for working on mobility and flexibility.

CERTIFICATIONS

Pursuing Certified Personal Trainer from American College of Sports Medicine – Certified Zumba Instructor, Basic, Toning, Kids + Junior, Circuit, Aqua Zumba – Certified Pilates Instructor – Level 1  – Group Fitness Instructor – Level 3 (FSSA) – Certified in CPR and First Aid – NAAC Accredited.
