“Meet Naveed, a 15 years experience freelance fitness trainer”.

I have an extensive background in health and wellness. I Possess a proven track record in helping clients achieve fitness goals through a customized exercise program and diet plans, I am a diploma holder in fitness training (Level-3) from PTA Global which is acceptable worldwide. I believe everybody has the capacity to transform their body into their desired goal and taste a healthy lifestyle in a natural way within a minimum time of period.

I am specialized in Muscle building, muscle tone, fat loss, strength & endurance workout, sports conditioning, HIIT cardio & weight training, interval training, cross-fit, warm-up & cool down, stretching (Dynamic & Static) core stability and strength training, knowledge of nutrition. 

Training people is my hobby, whereas I am working in multinational company as a sales leader and I fully understand the importance of the goal and time management .

What are my past achievements?

I have a client, he is 49 years old and he is diabetic for 20 years. His weight was 65 KG. His goal was lean body mass now after 3 months his weight is 73 KG, he has got lean body muscles and his sugar is under control and he is living an active life with full energy.

I have another client his weight was 104 KG and his goal was to lose fat and maintain muscle size now after 2 months his weight is 97 KG and his muscle size is maintained.
