Meet Caroline Silva, your MasterBody Coach with 5 years of experience. Caroline has been working with her activational program, a mix of mindfulness, body control, and tonus, for five years. Her sessions vary in length from 45 minutes to one hour and utilize bodyweight exercises, TRX equipment, and animal flow and Brazilian style techniques.
Caroline is able to train both male and female clients in their preferred facility, and offers additional services through her Brazilian nutritionist, who provides nutritional plans, meal plans, and follow-up support via Zoom or WhatsApp. Caroline is able to provide clients with an internal and external transformation, including increased stamina, energy, happiness, and a toned and shaped body.
Caroline has a background in half-marathons, Crossfit, and weight lifting, and is a certified TRX coach, Strong Nation by Zumba coach, and Spinning (bike indoor) instructor. Her training style includes bodyweight and functional training, with a focus on HITT training, strength training with bodyweight and TRX, and cardio training with running and/or bike. She uses TRX equipment in her training sessions. Caroline has a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification from REPS and specializes knowledge in TRX, Strong Nation, and Spinning.
