Amazing experience Of yoga with poonam ???

I absolutely enjoy Poonam’s classes, because every lesson is different and she pushes me out from my comfort zone. Furthermore, seeing tangible results empowers me to try harder and achieve even more.She is flexible and very punctual, which I highly appreciate. She is pleasant in nature and so easy to get along with. I highly recommend her.
