I am currently a client of coach Jon, and from the start of our training until now, it has been great with him. He has taught me a lot about boxing skills and techniques and how to improve them. He pushes you to persevere in reaching your fitness goals. There is never a dull moment with every training session with him. The best thing is, when you feel like unmotivated during the work out, he does every way to make you keep going.
