
Best part of my week!
I am absolutely new to yoga but Anam has helped me progress quickly. Being an active participant in sports throughout my life the injuries and stiffness are beginning to set in and these yoga classes have been a blessing as Anam adapted the session to my needs and level. She tailored a good mix of meditation, stretches and a workout while paying attention to how I was responding to the poses.
Anam communicates so well with feedback and makes you feel very comfortable as a newbie. Definitely looking forward to structuring more classes into my week!
