I would definitely recommend Arsalan Wakeel Sid if you’re looking for someone who will push you to reach your goals but at the same time making sure that you’re safe along the way too.He was really nice and made me feel comfortable right away! We started off by talking about what my goals were and what kinds of exercises I liked doing so he could design a plan just for me. He made sure that I understood each exercise before moving onto the next one which helped make sure that we didn’t hurt ourselves along the way!
