My trainer’s name is Clifford Doyo, and he’s been working in the industry for over ten years. He knows exactly how to push me beyond my limits without making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about my body.He always makes sure that we’re working at a pace that’s appropriate for my level of fitness—he doesn’t expect me to be able to do things that I can’t yet do or haven’t mastered yet! And most importantly, he makes sure that we have fun while we’re working out; if we’re not laughing then something’s wrong!
