The Warehouse Gym brings a new twist to gyms. They introduce colour, art and music to the plain gym aesthetic. They want their gym members to be surrounded by bright colours and experience a new generation of gyms. This gym has three unique multi-functional training facilities from CrossFit, Bodybuilding, and Weightlifting. It is open 24 hours a day with the small exception of 10pm Friday – 8am Saturday.

Fitness First offers a range of memberships to help accommodate the client’s needs so you can purchase a membership from as little as 1 day and to as long as 1 week. If their membership plans do not suit your needs, they give you the option to call in and discuss a plan that works best for you.

There is an overwhelming amount of praise and compliments towards this gym, with the only critique being that sometimes the used towels are not removed from machines on a frequent basis.
