I will be offering a mind over body class, this is to help create a relaxation in the mind. The movements and stretches will help create a sense of calmness. I have been doing these classes successfully for over 4 years with amazing feedback.

The class will allow you to unlock the following benefits:

– increase physical/core strength
– create a sense of peace and mental balance in the mind
– improve muscle flexibility and for recovery

All methods are done slowly and carefully, it’s encouraged to attend a minimum of 3 classes to reap the best benefits.
