With a background in professional swimming and a range of certifications, including nutrition coaching and strength and mobility coaching, Anja is highly educated and experienced in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and is always there for them 110% throughout their fitness journey. Anja’s training style includes resistance training, bodybuilding, endurance training, swimming sessions, conditioning, and boxing, and she is able to provide a range of specialized services to her clients, including swimming coaching and boxing instruction.
